Limerick Lane Wine Club

There is no fee to join the Limerick Lane wine club. You may join now and will not be charged until your club order is processed.
When placing an order from Limerick Lane Cellars, you are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and delivery timing.  You are responsible for all fees associated with returned packages or reshipping of wines.  We highly recommend shipping wine to a business address, as alcoholic beverages cannot be left without the previously mentioned signature.

Wine is a perishable product that is sensitive to extreme temperatures; hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. Limerick Lane Cellars is not responsible for and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment.

REMINDER: It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide accurate address and contact information when ordering.  All fees related to re-routing and returned shipments are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Limerick Lane Cellars reserves the right to delay or expedite any/all shipping orders to provide safe temperature conditions for wine shipments.

Shipments can be picked up at the winery before the scheduled ship date with prior arrangements with the LLC Wine Club Concierge. The winery will often hold “pickup parties” during this time frame to encourage club members to come to visit. We cannot hold wines past the scheduled ship date, though we will do our best to accommodate extraordinary circumstances. Please contact us no later than 2 weeks in advance if you foresee an issue with a ship date.

The credit card on your membership account is charged before the shipment is sent. The charge will be the retail value of your shipment and include any applicable taxes and shipping charges. Charges will vary with each shipment based on the mix of wines selected.

You must be 21 years or older to receive shipments. An adult signature is required upon delivery. We strongly recommend the delivery of wine shipments to a business, rather than a home address. Because of the adult signature requirement, we cannot deliver to a PO Box address.

Our wine club membership makes a great gift. Your credit card will be charged for each shipment sent. Your gift recipient receives all the benefits of being a member. You may choose the type of membership when you enroll them or enroll them indefinitely and notify us in writing when you are ready for the membership to end.

Member agreement

I am 21 years or older. As a member, I will receive shipments from Limerick Lane Cellars. I agree that Limerick Lane Cellars will charge my credit card for each shipment. My credit card will also be billed shipping and handling, which may be charged by Limerick Lane Cellars or by an outside shipper acting as my agent. I agree that I have read and understand Limerick Lane Cellars privacy policy which is available on the home page of the Limerick Lane website, www.limericklanewines.com

It is my obligation to notify Limerick Lane Cellars in writing of any address changes before packages are shipped. Limerick Lane Cellars will not be responsible for shipping charges incurred due to misdirected packages. Please remember that it is your obligation to notify Limerick Lane Cellars of any address changes before wines are shipped, as Limerick Lane Cellars is not responsible for shipping charges incurred due to misdirected shipments.

Shipments made within certain states are subject to state sales tax. Void where prohibited by law.
